Okay movie buffs.. This movie came out in the late 2000s maybe 2017 or 2018 or so..
A man's wife is killed during a mob hit. Im thinking it's like the Russian mob but I'm not sure. He sees an actress on TV and it look alot like his wife. He must find out for sure before the mob does.

Last Moment of Clarity is very similar to what you're describing but not exactly, it's 2020 though but give it a shot
