Hey guys, what's up
I am struggling to find a movie I'd watched a while back that I can't remember the title or the plot. but here is what I can remember.
the movie was in a college (or college-like) situation. in the movie there were a guy , like an ex-student (or maybe a senior student) who was dressing as pope and riding a bicycle (or tricycle) and having a some sort of rule books. the pope guy was appearing time to time to guide the main character and was like a role model of some sort in the college. at the end of the movie the pope guy retired himself and passed the book to the main character. the movie is not old one, probable made after 90s. any idea what movie is that?
