Okapi-like alien in Brittish horror movie

My sister and I visited the zoo last week and saw an okapi. She said she saw a horror movie once, it was Brittish and the alien looked like an okapi.
I also remembered I saw that movie, but can't remember any other details.
I have been googling for over an hour, but can't find anything.

This is an Okapi btw


I got no idea though of a horror with a creature like it.

Was it a colour movie or b&w?
Roughly when do you both think you watched it and any idea if it was new at that time or not?
Did the okapi-monster feature prominently in proceedings?
Also presumably live action as opposed to animated?

Answers to those may just help someone begin to narrow it down and find the movie for you.

Could it be The Ritual (2017)? It takes place in Sweden but it's a British production.

And it does have that creature with hooves, so could well be that.
