movie like on VHS remember Orion Pictures logo at the beginning of the story where people conservationists oppose poachers decimate marine cats. But the film dramatized the bad, very interesting, lots of natural shooting sea lions.

I don't think it is an Orion movie. I went through a list and most of the movie titles I recognized and those I didn't, didn't appear to have an appropriate title.

so guess movie's found Frame by Frame (1996) with Charlie Sheen
