What is your favorite music genre? I listen to pretty much everything, but my favorite would have to be country (that would include older country, Cash, Owens, etc and Alt-Country like Wilco, Son Volt, Whiskeytown, etc). Not a huge fan of more modern country, but that's a whole other discussion

Why? I thought they were pretty true to the original work and I just plain enjoyed watching them.

Why? Most of the time I dislike books to movies are because they are a great departure from the original work, see The Beach.

What is your opinion of Stephen King? I have read most of his stuff, I like his storytelling abilities, but he's not the greatest writer. I think there is a big difference between the two.

Do you avoid watching certain movies, simply because of an actor that is in them? Not really, I mean there are actors I don't like, but that wouldn't stop me from seeing a film if it interested me.

Why didn't you like the movie versions of The Beach and The Lovely Bones? The Beach was just unwatchable for me, i thought the effects used were cheesy and it differed greatly from the book. The Lovely Bones I felt was kind of trippy in many of the scenes and thought it took away from the film, I just felt as if I was watching 2 different movies at times.
Do you like Halle Berry? I'm indifferent towards her.

Do you like any of the CSI programmes? I did watch the original for the first 2 seasons, but haven't watched any since. Thought about watching NY to watch Sinise, but can't stand Caruso, so I've never seen Miami.
