I've been searching for this movie all over the net but i can't find it because i don't know the name of the movie 
it's very old movie that a friend of mine will really like and i wanted to surprise her so help me get the name of the movie.... 
The movie goes something like this :
A little girl is left at an orphanage by her father so he can go fight in the war and while her father is away the caretaker at the orphanage is really nice to the girl. But on hearing rumors that the girl's father is dead the nice treatment is gone (snap just like that lol) and the girl is made to work as a help at the orphanage...(the story continues etc etc) the girl finally finds her father in the end...and they live happily ever after... (I hope that's enough information...i can't really remember much, i saw the movie a long long long time ago)
