Look, I'm not judging you - after all, I'm posting here myself, but maybe, just maybe, if you spent less time here and more time watching films, maybe, and I stress, maybe your taste would be of some value. Just a thought, ya know.

I've probably seen the lion's share of Woody Allen movies as well, but simply can't deal with his slog of the last twenty years. Even most of his critically acclaimed ones during this period are a big meh for me

And To has directed 50 movies? I'm so ignorant about the Japanese greats. And he's definitely one of them, even though I've probably seen no more than 5 of them

I mainline Windex and horse tranquilizer
Kurosawa
Hitchcock
Spielberg
Roger Corman
Coens

The trick is not minding

To is from Hong Kong
But yes, he’s actually directed somewhere around 70 films, give or take. He’s very prolific, giving Miike a run for his money in the same time period, roughly.

I'm not sure if you mean sheer numbers or what percentage of their complete works. Jeff Nichols has only directed 5 films but I've seen all of them. So going by the greatest number of their films it's

Clint Eastwood - 33
Steven Spielberg - 27
Alfred Hitchcock - 27
Akira Kurosawa - 20
Tie between Ethan and Joel Coen and Martin Scorcese with 17

Honorable mentions

Ron Howard - 14
Stanley Kubrick - 11
Jim Jarmusch - 9

Best I can figure:

Steven Spielberg - 34-36 (Twilight Zone and Amblin')
Alfred Hitchcock - 20
Ridley Scott - 17
William Wyler - 16
Joel Coen/Michael Bay(/Robert Rodriguez if you count Four Rooms) - 15
