Movie Scene Where A Kid Traps His Parents Inside The Tv Show ?

I Don't Know What movie this scene is from I'm guessing a horror movie from the 1980s but I cannot for the life of me remember the name of it. And no I don't think it's poltergeist.

Is it Stay Tuned (1992)?

This seems very familiar. Wasn't there a scene like that in The Twilight Zone?
