Young Actors/Actresses that may have huge careers

Tools

Which young actors and actresses have you been so impressed with that you think will go on to be remembered as the finest of their generation?

I define "young" as under 35.

(I'm not into awards much so I don't mean winners but just top actors )

For me:

Caleb Landry Jones has been brilliant in everything I've seen him in. From Three Billboards, Nitram and Friday's Child
Paula Beer - One of the finest actresses around, She has been in Undine, Transit and Frantz
Barry Keoghan - amazing in The Killing of a sacred Deer, also good in Dunkirk.
Daniel Kaluuya - amazing in Sicario and Get Out
Daniel Zolghadri - this kid has something. He's only been in Eighth Grade, Low Tide and the tv series Tales from the Loop. But he has huge screen presence.
Olivia Cooke - brilliant in The Sound of Metal and thoroughbreds.
Helena Zengel - she is only 14 but was scintillating in System Crasher and News of the World
Hayley Lu Richardson - brilliant in The Edge of Seventeen and Columbus
Christopher Abbott - On the Count of Three, It Comes at Night
Mia Wasikowska - steals the screen in so many films - Bergman Island and Stoker etc

Maybe Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson too, as they are genuinely fine actors.

I think there are many more I have forgotten, especially from European and Asian cinema.

Who are yours?

Nice list, I don't particularly like Saorise Ronan, Timothée Chalamet or Jodie Comer, and I'm not sure Ana De Armas is a great actress but they're all set to be big stars if they aren't now I guess.

Totally forgot about Anya Taylor-Joy - that's a great call.

A few left field choices.

He is 36, but I have always been impressed with Dana DeHaan. Saw him first in The Place Beyond the Pines, and few other movies, and he has always looked good.

Angourie Rice

Oona Laurence Only seen her in Southpaw, but the kid's got talent.

Samara Weaving

Barry Keoghan

"Honor is not in the Weapon. It is in the Man"
South African Cameron Scott, 27, has a good chance. He made his debut in 2016's The Journey is the Destination, but as of late, he was in Triggered and The Kissing Booth 3 and made a really good short film called Ring of Beasts, that he also stars in.

Thanks for mentioning Jodie Comer...I think she's going to be huge...no mention of Mikles Teller here

Loved Keoghan in The Killing of a Sacred Deer
Saw DaHaan play James Dean in Life with Robert Pattinson, a role that I think was a little over the guy's pay grade, but he has talent and could be a star in more suitable roles.
