Just finished;
Best American Essays of 2004 - I liked the A Sudden Illness, Yarn,
My Lost City, My Father Is A Book, Bullet In My Neck, and Lifelike. I probably liked Arrow & Wound the most.

Ishmael By, Daniel Quinn - Second time reading it and it's lost a lot of whatever made me like it the first time. Dang.

Green Hills of Africa By, Ernest Hemingway - Second time I've read this one too. The only difference is that I still like this one.

Breakfast At Tiffany's By, Truman Capote - I was under the impression that this story was going to be something like 16 Candles or the Breakfast Club.... it wasn't. I liked it a lot. The book also included three other short stories by Capote; House Of Flowers, A Diamond Guitar, and A Christmas Memory. All good.

Currently reading;
Ernest Hemignway - The Short Stories

The Best Short Stories Of Mark Twain

And I'll never stop reading, Norton's Anthology of Short Fiction.

The individual words are jumbled then the spaces are removed. PM the answer to me. First one with the answer wins.

I finally got around to finishing The Plot Against America. It was absolutely brilliant. After reading it you'd think that Roth actually grew up in this horrific version of 1940's America.

The Odyssey - Homer

All should read this at least once.

Currently reading: When Rabbit Howls by The Troops for TRUDDI CHASE

I am halfway through and I say this is one of the most accurate protrayals of MPD. I think it should be taught in psychology classes. It is a must read for anyone wanting to learn more about Multiple Personality Disorder from the perspective of the ones living it. Therapists not familiar with MPD/DID should also read this novel.

Starting in on:
The Third Man by Graham Greene
The Story Of Film by Mark Cousins
Sabbath's Theater by Philip Roth

Movie Makers' Master Class: Private Lessons From The Worlds Foremost Directors - By, Laurent Tirard

I've read a share of books on film but this one probably takes the cake as far as entertainment goes. The author, Laurent Tirard, interviews a number of different Directors from Scorsese to Woody Allen to John Woo to Oliver Stone to David Lynch and a number of others which includes a number of foriegn directors (#!). They each talk about how they got started, their motives, who they make films for, directing actors, etc.... but what makes it so interesting is how different each one of them is. Scorsese is a full on organizer while Allen shows up to a set without knowing what he's going to do until the actors are in front of him. If you're a filmmaker you have to read this. It's like getting a private lecture from all of these directors. You'll agree with some of them and disagree with others but either way you end up learning something.

i'm SUPER GOOD at Jewel karaoke

It had been a significant amount of time since I last read Animal Farm, and what a different perspective I got this time round. What an important piece this is...

i'd recommend, since it's literature, all the last and recent storyline in Daredevil (Marvel Comics) is more than worth reading!
