The other guy from Starsky & Hutch. Roth?

I have no idea what TV show these pictures are from, but "the other guy from Starsky & Hutch" in the bottom picture is David Soul, and I think the two guys on the right side of the picture above it might be Sam Elliott and Edward Albert. (I'm pretty sure about that being Sam Elliott, but I'm not sure about Edward Albert because I can't see his eyes in that picture.)
