In a hospital a doctor is teaching the profession to a bunch of interns. He has a flask of pee and explain that doctors have to know their trade, so he puts a finger in it, licks the finger, and explains the values of the patient. The students are disgusted, but one has some nerve, takes the flask from his hands, repeats the operation, and gives his own take on the patient's health. The meeting ends and a fellow student asks the daring one how could he do something like that. He explains that the trick is to lick a different finger.
