The doors of wisdom are never shut. - 'Socrates'
Hi peeps, im looking for a movie i saw many years ago (maybe the 80s or early 90s). Dont recall to much about it but here goes. I recall there being a modified semi truck which is the protagonists main vehicle. The two man crew i think were assigned to escort/guard a convoy. The convoy is attcked and their truck damaged. If memory serves the truck had a blower supercharger activated by a handle in the cab floor that near the end of the movie they had to rip out the handle due to it being stuck in order to activate the blower and intercept the antagonists. The main weapon on the truck was a swival pop up machine gun fixed to the top of the truck cab that gets damaged in the early attack and can only point in one direction.

Again dont recall what they were guarding or anything else apart from the truck.

Did you know that in the 1980s movie PREDATOR the titular character was not originally portrayed by Kevin Peter Hall. It was in fact Jean-Claude Van Damme donning a much more insect inspired full body suit before he left the production which then led to the recasting and redesigning of the famous hunter.

That elusive hide-and-seek cow is at it again
Blowers, superchargers, and caravans? Sounds like a Mad Max film. Take a look at Road Warrior or maybe even Thunderdome.

I'm thinking a Mad Max film too. Was the general setting the real, contemporary world, or was it a post-apocalyptic world?
