Google/Youtube really bungled it this time. This is all due to them illegally harvesting children's data and using that data for ads specifically targeting these special creatures. I take it this is all part of the settlement.
YouTube Is Probably Going To Die
Isn't is basically bypassed by putting a disclaimer: Content is not suitable for children in the description or beginning of the video?
I doubt Youtube is going to die as there is no alternative platform creators can use to possibly make a living and you aren't going to see Pewdiepie, Markiplier, etc just stop posting content. It's going to take a much more serious measure then that. Say I posted content from Australia, if the US Government issues me with a fine I must admit, I probably won't pay.
