Any WWE fan would know that shot was from the Royal Rumble, an annual WWE event, but not being American, I guess you wouldn't know that. As far as you new one is concerned, I'm going to venture a guess and say Blow Up.

Nope, but you're on the right track. It is a superhero movie, but not one of the recent blockbuster ones. (It's from 1980.)
