On the same subject, blood pudding?

There are different kinds of blood pudding here in the area of France I live in. I enjoy eating some of the regular one once in a while but it's a bit too greasy to my taste. I prefer the French Caribbean blood pudding much more (which is unfortunately not so easy to find here in France).
