Weirdest I've ever seen would be in Pink Flamingos where during sex they crush a chicken between there bodies. I think the chicken dies but I'm not totally sure it has been a while since I watched it but there was a fair amount of blood.

The first one that came to mind for me for weirdest isn't a sex scene, but a rape scene from Jack Frost (no not the family movie starring Michael Keaton). It's about a killer snowman. In the scene, he materializes in a bathtub while a girl is bathing. Only his carrot nose isn't on his face.

Willem Dafoe in antichrist. I remember thinking he was packing it for such a finely framed man and how he certainly wasn't shy with his gear off infront of the camera then found out a few years later they were body doubles who were actual porn stars.
