Movie about a politician who is dead and replaced by similar looking..

Hello everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone can remember the movie about a PM or president [or high level politician] who is womanizer. This PM is dead, and some guys from the same political party found a similar looking guy who is farmer or shepherd, hides the news about the death and replace him with the PM.

Then the movies goes on in a funny way with the replace guy as PM. :P

If anyone knows the title of this movie, please let me know.

Yes, but he's not dead. If I remember correctly, he has a heart attack or a stroke and is in a coma.
