A big salad with 50/50 baby greens and spinach mix, salami, grape tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, cucumber, baby corn, beets, a little lowfat cottage cheese, ranch dressing and sunflower seeds - for breakfast.

I had french toast and scrambled eggs for dinner last night.

My breakfast (at 7am) consisted of piece of pita bread and hummus so I could get on with the REAL breakfast -- Snickers Ice Cream and a can of Dr. Pepper.
