Movie You're Watching Tonight

Inside Out

I heard so much that this is such an emotional movie and that is not because of the characters. The only time I cared was the bing bong final scene. I didn't mind the movie but I didn't really care about anyone and what happened to them. Joy was obnoxious, Sadness was a deadbeat, fear was annoying, anger and disgust were the only 2 that I thought were funny. I don't know if I am an emotionless because of this or it genuinely wasn't worth the hype. I enjoy Big Hero 6 much more than this because Baymax I felt for a whole lot more. Personally I don't think this should have one the academy award and though When Marnie Was There should have.

2/5 Stars

If all goes right, I'm having a movie day with some friends where I introduce them to some stuff of the more violent/exploitative variety. This isn't a definitive list, of course, just pulled from my collection. Gonna be fun though! The main ones are:

Cannibal Holocaust
Thriller: A Cruel Picture
Blood Feast
Martyrs

Might not get to them all today, but hopefully we get to a few!!!

For the 9th Hall of Fame-

Dead Man Walking (1995)
Absolutely fantastic flick. Hope you like it Crick

I plan on having a bit of a movie day myself.

Calvary
Clue
Youth In Revolt
The Pianist

Haven't seen any of those movies yet. I enjoy Brendan Gleeson, Tim Curry, Michael Cera, and WWII movies, so hopefully I'm in for a good day.
