Maybe so, but I have yet to dive into his Hong Kong back catalogue. I have only seen Hard-Boiled and that one left me unsatisfied despite of its reputation. The Killer is one my watchlist. Anything else you would recommend?

- A Better Tomorrow - didn't love it, but it's decent; watch it as an introduction to...
- A Better Tomorrow II - now that's an amazing flick! The grand finale is outta this world and Yun-Fat Chow is sooo badass in this one!

I've also seen Red Cliff and thought it's decent, but wasn't impressed, or anything...
