Any Revenge themed movies in Korean and Japanese cinema

Can you recommend me some revenged themed Korean and Japanese movies. I know that Chan-wook Park has a revenge theme trilogy and i am thrilled by it. Do you know other movies like that?

More about saving a kidnapped girl for most of the film but it evolves into pure revenge.

Old Boy has got to qualify here. Unbelievable fight scene where, armed with a hammer, he holds off a mob of pipe wielding gangsters.
