Here is another Tilda Swinton film whom I like so much after her supreme acting in "I am Love", but now we have her portraying a humane Vampire, who would rather purchase her blood supply than kill for it, with a few exceptions. The movie is slow moving and both Detroit and Tangiers (North Africa) are the setting location. Film legend John Hurt plays the part of an ageing Vampire. The visual effect is great, but sparse dialogue drags this film to a medicare level. There is one scene where Tilda and her vampire husband are in the fully monty. I would suggest you rent a DVD and not spend so much money watching this one.
