Sad news. Loved Rebecca and quite liked Suspicion and Beyond a Reasonable Doubt. She was an actress with a lot of screen presence and seeing her name attached to a film generally makes me want to see it.

Considering her age, it was only a matter of time, but it still hurts. Her sister Olivia de Havilland is still with us and a year older! It's strange how even though she was so attractive that in many of her best films (Rebecca, Suspicion, Jane Eyre) somebody always comments about how plain she is. Right...
