Connor Macgregor Reviews...Alien Autopsy

A very underrated film. I imply everyone who is fan of these type of things to watch this film because it really is a great film.

The story is that British TV Presenters Ant & Dec play Ray Santilli and Gary Shoefield who discover a film that shows the Roswell Incident in 1947. However the film gets lost and so they remake the film that was shown all over the world in 1995.

I love this film. A great modern classic brittish film that tells an amazing story about two men who conned the entire world. I think Ant & Dec really shone in this film and proved that they have more talent besides presenting. In fact it was acting that first got them noticed. Ant & Dec did a Kids TV Show (Byker Grove) before becoming presenters.

Another good actor in this was Omid Djalili in which he played Melik who was the director of the footage. Also Harry Dean Stanton who played Harvey the person who had the original footage did an amusing footage.

Overall this is a real gem of a film and hope you find it and give it a watch.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...Ed Wood

"This Will Be The One I`ll Be Famous For" - A Quote by no doubt one of the men that is infamous for all the wrong reasons.

You are interested in the unknown. The mysterious. The unexplainable. That is why you are here. And now, for the first time, we are bringing to you the full story of what happened, on that fateful day. We are giving you all the evidence, based only on a secret testimony, of the miserable souls, who survived this terrifying ordeal. The incidents, the places. My friend, we cannot keep this a secret any longer. Can your heart stand the shocking facts about Edward D. Wood Jr.?

This film is a close masterpiece about the story of an incredible director. A man that made such Turkey films that his films became analysed and evaluated into exactly what went on in the mind of Ed Wood. I love firstly how it is shot in Black & White. It gives that nostalgia classic hollywood look around the film. The Direction by Tim Burton is great. Burton knows how to shoot good stories and Ed Wood is a well shot film.

As for Performances, Johnny Depp gave a top notch performance as Ed Wood. He could literally be the spitting image of the actual man because his performance is so convincing. Martin Landau as Bela Lugosi is a great emotional performance about the actor`s final years and his close relationship with Ed Wood. Jeffrey Jones as Criswell is an excellent performance with such mystery and compassion. One more role i`ll mention is the role of Bunny played by Bill Murray. Billy Murray is one of those talents that can do almost anything if he puts his mind to it. and in Ed Wood he does.

I would love to see some of Ed Wood`s films but they are very tricky to find. I would love to see Bride Of The Monster and Glen or Glenda just to get a glimpse of what was going on inside Ed Wood`s mind at the time.

Overall Ed Wood is a fantastic biopic and one of the best you will ever see. SEE IT. ITS A MUST SEE.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...Heat

Easily One Of The Best Crime Films you will ever see. My Review in all its glory.

Hunters and their prey--Neil and his professional criminal crew hunt to score big money targets (banks, vaults, armored cars) and are, in turn, hunted by Lt. Vincent Hanna and his team of cops in the Robbery/Homicide police division. A botched job puts Hanna onto their trail while they regroup and try to put together one last big 'retirement' score. Neil and Vincent are similar in many ways, including their troubled personal lives. At a crucial moment in his life, Neil disobeys the dictum taught to him long ago by his criminal mentor--'Never have anything in your life that you can't walk out on in thirty seconds flat, if you spot the heat coming around the corner'--as he falls in love. Thus the stage is set for the suspenseful ending....

Heat is easily one of the best crime films ever made. Two very likeable characters and two stories to tell. Al Pacino is a cop with a troubled love life. Robert Di Niro is a criminal who tries to stay away from bars. When these two personalities collide , its one hell of a ride. The performances are top notch by two of the greatest actors working in the medium. Its hard to say which performance stood out more, but i`d pick Pacino because his character is more compelling than Di Niro`s. Val Kilmar is also terrific as he plays the sidekick to Di Niro`s character. While its not oscar worthy , it is a great performance.

The action in this film really blows the water out of today`s CGI shluck. The shootout in Downtown LA after the hostage is an incredible action piece. Very well done and well directed by Michael Mann. Mann is always good at Crime Films. Heat being one of his best flicks.

So Heat is a work of genius. Its not a masterpiece but it is just as good as. Go out and find it and sit back and enjoy the thrillride.

Connor Macgregor (In London) Reviews...Mamma Mia

I love ABBA and I love the stage show of Mamma Mia....so come the film i have reservations but enjoyed it.

The 20-year old bride-to-be Sophie Sheridan finds in her mother's diary that the strangers Sam, Harry or Bill might be her father. The needy Sophie dreams on having her father walking with her to the altar on her wedding with Sky in the Greek Kalokairi Island and she invites the three men to her wedding as if she were her mother Donna. Sophie believes she will immediately recognize her father in the trio of guests. Donna owns a simple hotel in the island and used to sing with her friends Rosie and Tanya, who also arrives in Kalokairi for the wedding, in their band Donna and the Dynamos. When Donna sees her former three lovers together in her hotel, she gets stressed and confused with the situation while Sky is upset with Sophie's attitude.

I can only describe Mamma Mia in one word...fun. Yes some of the story is daft but we didn`t come for plot...we came for ABBA and Actors doing ABBA Songs. Stop the criticism because they aren`t taking this seriously. Its a Musical. You can do anything in a musical and it could most likely work. The acting is what it is. Goofy but fun. Singing Voices are pretty good too. Except Pierce Brosnan who just plan sucks as singing. Its like a Dog dying painfully.

The Execution of the songs were well done. Meryl Streep was the best i think with Amanda Seyfried also delivering a good vocal voice. Pierce we all know was terrible and Julie Walters was pretty good too.

Overall Mamma Mia is fun and should not be tooken seriously. Have fun and buy it and enjoy it for what it is.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...The Switch

The Opportunity came where for once i didn`t need to pay for a film. I always enjoy these times because i don`t need to be regretting myself when i waste my money on a bad film.

An unmarried 40-year-old woman turns to a turkey baster in order to become pregnant. Seven years later, she reunites with her best friend, who has been living with a secret: he replaced her preferred sperm sample with his own.

God this movie was dull. Jennifer Aniston has pretty much sold her soul to the devil for tasteless and less than lively films. While interesting on paper, executed quite blandly on screen. Aniston once again delivers the same performance with the same character she always plays in these films. I`m sorry but it has come to this point when Aniston may be getting typcasted in the same role. A Middle Aged Singleton in the big city (Bar Marley & Me but god that film sucked). Jason Bateman`s character reminded me of ...well me. The dull person with no goals in life (although i have goals) and no major plans in the future. Then theres the kid who my god creeps me out. He is too smart for his character and it creeps me out big time.

The direction is flat and no exciting shots. The Story itself is interesting but falls flat. First Act is terribly boring and by Act 2 it gets a little bit interesting with the kid but that soon wears off.

Overall A Very Big Dissapointment here. Typical Aniston acting with a flat script and directing.

I thought Mama Mia was a horrible musical. I realize spontaneous singing is pretty much unavoidable but it seemed like the writers did very little to tie the songs into the story.
I can only describe Mamma Mia in one word...fun. Yes some of the story is daft but we didn`t come for plot...we came for ABBA and Actors doing ABBA Songs.
I guess you have a point though. And yes Brosnan was horrible.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...Chloe

A film i was most anticipating this year...and here is my reaction.

Catherine and David, she a doctor, he a professor, are at first glance the perfect couple. Happily married with a talented teenage son, they appear to have an idyllic life. But when David misses a flight and his surprise birthday party, Catherine's long simmering suspicions rise to the surface. Suspecting infidelity, she decides to hire an escort to seduce her husband and test his loyalty. Catherine finds herself 'directing' Chloe's encounters with David, and Chloe's end of the bargain is to report back, the descriptions becoming increasingly graphic as the meetings multiply.

This film is a very creepy film. Its very erotic and very distrubing in terms of story. What begins as a hunch turns into a creepy obsessed ordeal. I won`t tell you how wonderful the performances were in the film , but they were incredible underrated performances. It deals with trust , obsession and manipulation in a way. The Character Chloe played by Amanda Seyfried has this really mysterious sense. She isn`t right. There is something quite wrong with her and we discover that as the film progresses.

The Performances as i said before are great. Liam Nesson is always great in whatever film he is in. In this you think he is a bad man but then by the end of the film you think the opposite. Julianne Moore i haven`t seen much but she was really good in this. But to me , Amanda Seyfried was the best. Great performance and proves that she can do dark material.
I was surprised by the amount of nudity in the film. I reckon this should have been an 18 come being released in UK. But then again i don`t make the decisions.

Overall Really Underrated film and recommend this to people who like Dark Erotic Thrillers.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...TWILIGHT...AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

So my friends i have arrived at the worst...the horrific...the ever terrible...Twilight. Lets begin with part 1.

Bella Swan has always been a little bit different. Never one to run with the crowd, Bella never cared about fitting in with the trendy, plastic girls at her Phoenix, Arizona high school. When her mother remarried and Bella chooses to live with her father in the rainy little town of Forks, Washington, she didn't expect much of anything to change. But things do change when she meets the mysterious and dazzlingly beautiful Edward Cullen. For Edward is nothing like any boy she's ever met. He's nothing like anyone she's ever met, period. He's intelligent and witty, and he seems to see straight into her soul. In no time at all, they are swept up in a passionate and decidedly unorthodox romance - unorthodox because Edward really isn't like the other boys. He can run faster than a mountain lion. He can stop a moving car with his bare hands. Oh, and he hasn't aged since 1918. Like all vampires, he's immortal. That's right - vampire. But he doesn't have fangs - that's just in the movies. And he doesn't drink human blood, though Edward and his family are unique among vampires in that lifestyle choice. To Edward, Bella is that thing he has waited 90 years for - a soul mate. But the closer they get, the more Edward must struggle to resist the primal pull of her scent, which could send him into an uncontrollable frenzy. Somehow or other, they will have to manage their unmanageable love. But when unexpected visitors come to town and realize that there is a human among them Edward must fight to save Bella? A modern, visual, and visceral Romeo and Juliet story of the ultimate forbidden love affair - between vampire and mortal.

Where do i start. Well first of all the music sucks. It is meant to be potraying the feelings of the characters , but to be honest it doesn`t. It gets on your nerves and thats round about it. Secondly The Performances are all pretty crap. Kristen Stewart mumbles her lines like "...mamamamamamamama" and Robert Pattison comes and hes like "mamamamamama" and then Kristen is like "mamamamamamama" and so on and so forth. Also no chemistry between them whatsoever. They try but my god they suck. So does this story. Its dull and drippy and in the end just makes me sick.

Edward is just a mad control freak. Many people say "He just wants to protect Bella". ********. He wants to distant her away from everyone and keep Bella away from her friends (Who lets face it are arseholes) and her dad (Who is pretty cool). Yeah i don`t care what other people think , The Cullens are all pretty twisted people.

Overall Its crap , Dull , Terrible and just a waste of time. Want my advice...watch True Blood...its better.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...Cold Prey

Saw this film today in Media Studies Course in College...and so i thought i would share my wonderful views with you all today.

While snowboarding in the ice mountains with Jannicke, her boyfriend Eirik, Mikail and his girlfriend Ingunn, Morten Tobias has an accident and breaks his leg. His friends seek shelter for the night and find an abandoned hotel in the middle of nowhere. They discover that the hotel was closed in 1975 when the son of the owners vanished in the mountains. However on the next morning they find that they are trapped in the hotel with a psychopath killer, and they have to protect themselves trying to survive.

Now for what it is , this film is very good. Its fresh yet cliche at parts. None of the acting is that oscar worthy or impressive , but it is fairly well done. Its a very interesting concept. 5 People stranded in a cabin with a masked killer on the loose. Same story but in a fresh environment. I kind of figured out who it was too soon and that left quite an easy path to follow. But i did wish the film had a darker ending. Bit predictable at the end though but still fun to watch.

Not a massive review but if your interested , do have a look and you will find it somewhere.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...The Runaways

I have grown to love Biopics more ever since seeing Walk The Line. So the opportunity came where i had to see this film.

The Runaways (aka: Neon Angels) is based on lead-singer Cherie Currie's book 'Neon Angel' - a reflection of her experiences as a rock star, but also delivering a strong anti-drug warning to teens and others. David Bowie's "Space Oddity" serves as a metaphor for the narrative-- a slow countdown, a surreal but spectacular rise to fame, then alienation and burnout - a long long way from home.

I saw this in the Cineworld in Glasgow (The Tallest Cinema In The World) and really really liked it. The Performances are very mature and very surreal. Kristen Stewart completely works as Joan Jett. She fits the personality like a glove in the film and it makes the film work. Dakota Fanning is getting better and better as she gets older and this film is a clear example. It tells the story of one of the most underrated bands in music history.

I also love the look of it. It looks and feels like 70s. The Setting,Clothes and Expression. I am in The 70s when watching this film and it feels very disorientated and unearthly in a way.

But Overall,Solid film and a favourite of the year. Do take a look at this film and have a good watch.

Connor Macgregor (In London) Reviews...The Hangover

Easily One Of The Funniest Films of 2009...Because i hadn`t laugh that hard in a long time.

Two days before his wedding with the wealthy Tracy Garner, Doug Billings travels to his bachelor party in Las Vegas with his best friends, the school teacher Phil Wenneck and the dentist Stu Price, and Tracy's unconventional brother Alan Garner. Tracy's father lends his convertible Mercedez Benz that is his pride and joy to Doug with many recommendations. The quartet rents the best suite in the Caesar's Palace and they go to the roof to celebrate. Alan proposes a toast to Doug and they drink his booze. On the next morning, Phil, Stu and Alan have a hangover and they do not recall what they did last night; the room is upside down; Doug is missing; there is a baby in the wardrobe; a tiger in the bedroom; a chicken in the room; Stu has a missing tooth; and Doug is missing. The trio tries to track down last night to find what happened and sooner they discover that Stu married the stripper Jade (heather Graham) and Alan has spiked their booze with "Good Morning, Cinderella" in the beginning of their crazy night.

This film is just hilarious from start to finish. A really clever and funny plot which deals with the downside of Las Vegas in hilarious circumstances. The Characters all have different and hillarious personalities that make the film more enjoyale and interesting and in a way...relatable. Bradley Cooper i will say stood out in the film because his character is just fantastic in any circumstances.

The Film`s plot was also fantastic. There was always a twist or a surprise like every 5 minutes in the film which made me laugh every time. Oh and Mike Tyson`s cameo was pretty funny but not laugh out loud funny.
The Hangover is one of the funniest films in years. Usually Hollywood Comedies aren`t that funny anymore and its a shame because they can be.

The Hangover is an example that Hollywood can be funny...but won`t be.

Connor Macgreor Reviews...Disturbia

Well i bought this and watched it...and now my review.

After his father's death, Kale Brecht becomes sullen, withdrawn, and troubled -- so much so that he finds himself under a court-ordered sentence of house arrest after a run in with the law. His mother, Julie, works night and day to support herself and her son, only to be met with indifference and lethargy. The walls of his house begin to close in on Kale. He becomes a voyeur as his interests turn outside the windows of his suburban home towards those of his neighbors, one of which Kale begins to suspect is a serial killer. But, are his suspicions merely the product of cabin fever and his overactive imagination?

Now this film isn`t scary , but it is quite exciting in a way. The story is quite interesting. Cliche yet interesting. Our Neighbours could be anyone. They could do anything at anytime. When we meet the next door neighbour , we know that there is something not quite right with him in a way. And of course he is a killer but the movie tries to create the delusion that Shia Lebeouf is going mad. Never the less , the plot is quite exciting.
The acting to me is pretty good. Shia Lebeouf i like and in this film he is pretty good. Sarah Roemer who plays the love interest is sexy and is pretty ok in the film. Carrie Ann Moss (Just found out it was her) did very well in this film. And of course David Morse who i always like in these type of films.

I thought the ending was a pretty interesting ending. I mean it was expected what was going to happen , but it was interesting to see how the killer hid the bodies and where. Something i wanted to note.

Overall Disturbia is solid , but not fantastic. A typical horror film with typical horror strands.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...Walk The Line

Quite possibly one of the best biopics ever made.

A woman's love, given reluctantly, saves a man from addiction and self-destruction. Traces the life of Johnny Cash from his boyhood, with the loss of a brother and the loss of his father's affection, to 1968 when his outlaw side and his unhappiness give way to the twin triumphs of his concert at Folsom Prison and June Carter's acceptance of his marriage proposal. Along the way there's his first composition, first recording, first marriage, daughters, being smitten with June, divorce, pills and booze, an empty life, and the Carter family's nursing him back to health. June eases Johnny out of a ring of fire.

Now The Performances are just magnificent in this film. The true gem is Joquin Phoenix as Johnny Cash. An Amazing Performance by a terribly underrated actor. His performance is multi layered and makes us understand the man that is Johnny Cash a lot more clearer. But Reese Witherspoon is also terrific as June Carter. A lot of people first saw Reese Witherspoon as pretty , and yes she is very attractive , she can act amazingly too. Also Robert Patrick , i underestimated this guy. But Terminator 2 and Walk The Line are two of his most amazing work. His character is such a cold hearted being who isn`t afraid to admit that he loves Johnny a lot less than his other son. its sad but no one is perfect in life.

The Biopic tells a sweet story about how Johnny Cash suffered so much but in a way acheived so much with his music. He had a pretty tough life with dark moments , but in the end he became one of the most iconic country singers in the history of the genre. Also the music and singing and performing is very good. Joaquin actually sounds similar to Johnny Cash in a way. That same low singing voice that sounds sexy in a way. Resse Witherspoon can sing brilliantly too. I hear rumours that its sound editing but never the less it sounds good.

So Walk The Line is in my eyes the best biopic i have seen so far. Go out and give it a watch. i`m sure you will be entertained.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...28 Days Later

An Original Zombie Film that breathes new life into the genre...plus DANNY BOYLE.

Animal activists invade a laboratory with the intention of releasing chimpanzees that are undergoing experimentation, infected by a virus -a virus that causes rage. The naive activists ignore the pleas of a scientist to keep the cages locked, with disastrous results. Twenty-eight days later, our protagonist, Jim, wakes up from a coma, alone, in an abandoned hospital. He begins to seek out anyone else to find London is deserted, apparently without a living soul. After finding a church, which had become inhabited by zombie like humans intent on his demise, he runs for his life. Selena and Mark rescue him from the horde and bring him up to date on the mass carnage and horror as all of London tore itself apart. This is a tale of survival and ultimately, heroics, with nice subtext about mankind's savage nature.

What an amazing film this is. Danny Boyle creates a haunting , dangerous film about what happens when the world goes to hell over human hands. Danny Boyle`s direction grips you in from the very start and you are lured into the film slowly and hauntingly. Its also quite disturbing seeing the monkeys at the beginning.

The Key performance is Cillian Murphy. He plays a vulnerable character who has no clue what has happened and why is it happening. Great performances also by Naomie Harris as Selena who carries most of the film in a way that not many people will notice. The character Selena has seen so much horror and has to take responsibility for her own life and no one else. We see that when she murders her friend Mark in a brutal but understandable way. I also have to talk about Brandon Gleeson who was great as Frank and Megan Burns as Hannah.

I also thought the music was pretty creepy too. Modern yet had some classic feel to it. 28 Days Later is a must see in the horror category. See It.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...Cyrus

WHY GOD WHY ?

John is seven years divorced from his wife and is having trouble adjusting to his new life. After meeting Molly at a party, he thinks that maybe he has found the perfect person again. There's just one problem: Cyrus, Molly's grown son. John must find a way to make his romance with Molly work despite intentional and unintentional interference by Cyrus.

This in my eyes is one of the most dullest films of the year. Its unfunny by a mile. Its just so patheticly filmed. Shaky Cam throughout the whole film. No steady Cam for one scene. it felt like a home movie being shot. It was so poorly shot. The Acting is just half asses. Gives me more reason to dislike John C Reilly a lot more. Jonah Hill gives one of his most awkward performances of his career. Marissa Tomei doesn`t really act , just smiles, groans and at times cry.

Short but sweet unlike this film. Don`t pay money because its a waste of time. Hated it and so far my worst film of the year.

Connor Macgregor Reviews Troy

Troy tells quite possibly one of the greatest stories in our history...despite it being tweaked.

It is the year 1250 B.C. during the late Bronze age. Two emerging nations begin to clash after Paris, the Trojan prince, convinces Helen, Queen of Sparta, to leave her husband Menelaus, and sail with him back to Troy. After Menelaus finds out that his wife was taken by the Trojans, he asks his brother Agamemnom to help him get her back. Agamemnon sees this as an opportunity for power. So they set off with 1,000 ships holding 50,000 Greeks to Troy. With the help of Achilles, the Greeks are able to fight the never before defeated Trojans. But they come to a stop by Hector, Prince of Troy. The whole movie shows their battle struggles, and the foreshadowing of fate in this remake by Wolfgang Petersen of Homer's "The Iliad."

Boy i thought this film was great fun. Ok so what they tweak the story, its Hollywood they do this all the time. I still liked the ending and the whole story of Troy in general. Its epic and emotional. You can side with each side. Hollywood tends to go with Paris & Helen which was the side i generally went with. Achillies is also quite interesting being known as "The Greatest Warrior Of Our Time". Hmmm maybe there is someone better.

As for acting , in a whole its solid. Brad Pitt does really good but was hoping for emotion and less action. Peter O Toole i thought was really good and its a real shame that The Academy haven`t recognised him properly yet. Eric Bana & Orlando Bloom were both solid and you can buy their relationship as brothers. Diane Kruger i also liked. There are many more i could mention but there were a lot of great performances in this film...particulary Brian Cox (He is 100 Times Awesome).

I thought the battle scenes were engaging and exciting. Yeah some of it was CGI,but never the less it was pretty cool and very realisitic moves were used.

Overall,Troy is a great film to see and one of those historical films Hollywood didn`t **** up with. Do take a watch.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...Free To live A.K.A. Holiday

Free-thinking Johnny Case finds himself betrothed to a millionaire's daughter. When her family, with the exception of black-sheep Linda and drunken Ned, want Johnny to settle down to big business, he rebels, wishing instead to spend the early years of his life on "holiday." With the help of his friends Nick and Susan Potter, he makes up his mind as to which is the better course, and the better mate.

Caught this on TV during the day when it was starting and decided to give this a watch. For what it is,its ok. Its not great its just a general ok film. The Performances were generally average. Cary Grant & Katherine Hepburn both give a generally good performance. Nothing wonderful or terrible just a solid performance. The Story is ok but doesn`t deliver anything special.

Personally,i would have this remade. I know Remakes are high right now. But i feel that there should be remakes to films that have almost been forgotton. Anyone agree ?

Overall Decent Film but nothing special.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...Rat Race...on VHS

This is it...One of my childhood favourites and yes i have seen Its A Mad Mad Mad Mad World.

Donald Sinclair owns the biggest, snazziest, flashiest, high rolling-est casino in Las Vegas. And to entertain some of his wealthiest patrons, he's staged the most original high stakes game that Sin City has ever seen! The contestants? Six teams. The jackpot? Two million dollars stuffed in a locker hundreds of miles away. The odds of winning? One in six. The rules? Well there's only one--get there first! What the racers don't know is that the tycoon and his rich buddies are betting on the outcome and are tracking every move the teams make. It's only a matter of time before they figure out who really stands to win the most before switching course to look for a different kind of pay-off.

This is movie to me is one word...FUN. All of the great comedians from the early 2000s get together to basically redo IAMMMMW but redo the story a bit and all in all...have fun. The Characters are fun to watch , there is some unpredictable and funny material and the ending comes out of nowhere. My Favourite Characters to me are Brecken Myer & Amy Smart. Two People who just meet and already throw themselves in a situation that could only end in chaos. But thats not saying i hate everyone else. When i first saw this i wanted Rowan Atkinson to get the money , i didn`t know who the hell Seth Green was and i found Jon Lovitz to be hilarious in the film.

Watching this back on Video brought back a lot of memories and that video was such a great format to watch films on back in the day. I would also like to know where all the characters are now. If only...

RAT RACE : WHERE ARE THEY NOW ?

After Losing half his fortune , Donald Sinclair (John Cleese) sold his hotel and now owns a private B&B in Torquay,England.

After being accused of trying to sexually assualt a minor on a train , Enrico Pollini (Rowan Atkinson) was deported back to Napoli in 2002 and has since married and settled down with a child.

Vera Baker & Merell Jennings (Woopi Goldberg & Lanai Chapman) reunited after the race and since then , Merell married a lawyer...however they are currently going through a divorce...Vera meanwhile still has Orange frizzy hair.

Owen Templeton (Cuba Gooding Jr) was recently given a second chance in Refereeing Football. In fact he refereed the recent Superbowl.

Duane & Blaine Cody (Seth Green & Vince Vieluf) are currently on the run from FBI (And Gloria Alread) after charges of car theft , benefit fraud and stealing from the homeless. Oh and Blaine married that girl with all the peircings...she`s on the run too.

The Pear Family (Jon Lovitz,Kathy Nijamy,Brody Smith & Jillian Marie Hubert) returned to Vegas, saw David Copperfield and went home...oh and their son is in fat camp , their daughter is a hooker and The Parents are undergoing a divorce after Randy was caught with his pants down with a naughty nurse.

Nick Schaffer & Tracy Faucet (Brecken Myer & Amy Smart) got married after 6 months of dating in Vegas none the less. They currently have two kids. Nick works as a party planner and Tracy continues working as a pilot...only for planes now.

Vicky The Hooker died after the cow fell on her face and cause a major brain tumour. Harold Grisham (Dave Thomas) still has no personality. Also The Cow has become a local celebrity.

Zack Mallozzi (Wayne Knight) managed to get the heart on time...but he became an axe murderer and is currently in a mental aslyum.

Gus The Cabbie (Paul Rodriguez) still has two shifts...but has a supermodel wife.

Sean Kent (Dean Cain) - Tracy`s Ex Boyfriend is currently married to Charlene...and after 8 years of marriage still having lots of sex.

The Squirrell Lady (Kathy Bates) is currently serving lifetime imprisonment for the manslaughter of 12 people...because they never bought her squirrells.

Lloyd (Silas Weir Mitchell) lost his leg in the crash and is still working as a keyman.

The Rainbow House Nurse (Colleen Camp) still works as a Rainbow House Nurse.

The Lucy`s All made it to The Convention...But have now formed the "I Hate Owen" Club.

Gloria Allreed is still annoying and Smashmouth haven`t had a hit since...well ever.

OH GOSH THE RATING. Here it is.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...The Three Musketeers...on VHS

Another childhood favourite of mine. With some of my favourite stars & performances.

The three best of the disbanded Musketeers - Athos, Porthos, and Aramis - join a young hotheaded would-be-Musketeer, D'Artagnan, to stop the Cardinal Richelieu's evil plot: to form an alliance with enemy England by way of the mysterious Milady. Rochefort, the Cardinal's right-hand man, announces the official disbanding of the King's Musketeers. Three, however, refuse to throw down their swords - Athos the fighter and drinker, Porthos the pirate and lover, and Aramis the priest and poet. Arriving in Paris to join the Musketeers, D'Artagnan uncovers the Cardinal's plans, and the four set out on a mission to protect King and Country.

I have loved this film for a long time. The Three Musketeers are different personalities but remain loyal to each other and to their country. Lets start with Keifer Sutherland. My Favourite actor who plays Athos the leader of the three and the one with the most personal personality. His performance is like a rough version of Jack Bauer but with more compassion and in a way more of a dark side. Keifer is always an actor that puts his heart and soul into every role he plays and in my opinion , this is one of his best performances. And then there is Charlie Sheen who plays Aramis. This film proves to me that Charlie Sheen can do Drama well as he can with Comedy. A character that kills but knows the sins he committed and is a follower of God. And how can I forget Oliver Platt as Porthos. An Incredible performance by Platt who is such an incredible actor and makes Porthos my favourite of The Three. I move on to Chris O`Donnell who plays D`Artagnan. He is cocky, reluctant and adventurous and O`Donnell hits it right on the mark. Yeah i know he was in Batman & Robin but that doesn`t mean he is a bad actor. Then we move on to Villians. Tim Curry as The Cardinal. You cannot go wrong with Tim Curry.

He was born to play Villians and in this , he is just Evil incarnate. But to me my favourite performance of the whole film is Michael Wincott as Rochefort. I wish he had more scenes because he is just a great villian. Evil,Cunning and knows no boundries. I wanted more of Michael Wincott because he is a very underrated actor.

One of the few Disney films that works (Non Animated) The Three Musketeers is a true childhood favourite of mine. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves this story.

Connor Macgregor Reviews...George Of The Jungle...on VHS

Another childhood favourite by none other than Disney once again.

This is the story of a baby named George, who got into a plane crash in a jungle, stayed alive and was adopted by a wise ape. Life in the jungle is pretty sweet for George, until a beautiful, blonde American heiress, named Ursula Stanhope has traveled to Bukuvu from San Francisco is search of adventure. Her intended, Lyle Van de Groot, pursues her in hopes of capturing the legendary White Ape who is supposed to exist in the mountains. Ultimately, a romance blooms between Ursula and George, an extremely clumsy gorilla boy raised by an erudite ape. After they are found, Ursula takes George to the USA in San Fransisco. Meanwhile, Lyle and his devious trackers pursue schemes of their own to kidnap George's elephant "doggie."

This is going to be quite an interesting comparrison because watching this film again after so long realised that adults could like this film too. While Kids will generally like this film because of its slapstick humour , there are still jokes in the film that the adults will notice. Also noticing how the 90s look wants me to travel back in time and stay there and like it. Plus a lot of 90s cliches are used. The Overbearing Narrator , The Overdone Effects during a fight and many others (The Hairdos from Hell).

Never the less , I find Brenden Fraser & Leslie Mann`s chemistry to be great. Thomas Haden Church as Lyle is a personal favourite villian. When i was younger i didn`t like him. I remember watching it the first time mistaking his first appearance to be George`s. I was dissapointed and thus didn`t like him. I also loathed the mother (Now i admire her). Also i love Max & Thor who are the two comedic villians. Disney knows how to do them well. Of course i can`t forget The Three African Men. They were fantastic. Everytime they were on screen i laughed my ass off.

The animal work is also great. John Cleese as Ape was great. I didn`t know who the voice was for a while. There is a mixture of Real like Animals,CGI,Puppetry and Animatronics. I won`t tell you where because i barely know myself.

Overall A Childhood Favourite and a very clever film. A Film for Kids & Adults.
