Women will be your undoing, Pépé
Sting was #5 for me and Badlands is one i ALWAYS need to see and never seem to.
Haven't seen hanging rock and while i like serpico, its not a favorite, but very glad to see it

If it was that easy to crack Holden, he never woulda lasted this long.
I could crack anybody.

Alright, well if you do... ask him if he'll try fantasy Baseball next year while you're at it.

No because I purposely spent time trying to crack him into not doing it. It worked.

I at least require new movies posted at midnight. Preferably 4 of them.

There's no way I'm off by ten films on that list. I am predicting that I'm maybe off by 5 at the most.
I don't think you're off 10; there's just at least 10 that I wouldn't consider locks.

There's a lot of superhero fans and it's easily the biggest superhero movie of the decade.
That will probably make it. Yes.

What about Superman?
it should

still the best superhero movie, in my book (and not really a fan of comics movies). Gene Hackman as Lex Luthor, Margot Kidder as Lois Lane, Marlon Brando as Jor-El, along with Christopher Reeve makes for a stellar cast

I'm going to have to watch Suspiria again sometime and really try to wrap my mind around it. The first time I watched it, it just felt like the acting and cinematography were pretty awful and it was hard to appreciate it. I wonder if it's more the fact that it was a type of horror movie that didn't really exist at the time? Is that why people consider it such a great film? I dunno... for Argento I really enjoyed Deep Red, so I don't know why I didn't like Suspiria.

VFN
Winter Calls Thy Name
I'm starting to think Kramer vs. Kramer may be a miss, too.
Ah, Kramer vs. Kramer, a great schizophrenic Seinfeld episode.

Oh The Jerk better show up. Greatest comedy of all time. I know you MoFos take your movies seriously but you have to laugh once in a while.
The Jerk was on thirteen ballots, with five top ten votes: a sixth, a seventh, a ninth, and a pair of tenth placers. Five Easy Pieces was also on thirteen ballots, with three top tens: a first place, a seventh, and a ninth.

And I'm sorry, I just can't do more than two titles per day. No substitutions. I don't make the rules.

Now we're talking! I love, love, love The Jerk. I had it at #7. And somebody even had it higher than I did, I'm surprised, but delighted. I love all you people who put it on their list.

Oh, yeah, and Five Easy Pieces is great too.

My list:

7. The Jerk (#54)
8. The Omen (#99)
24. Being There (#98)
25. Little Big Man (#61)
