That's been a thing for years and years. I recall hearing people say "I'd like to order a large coffee with two creams, and also suspend another large for the line, please.' since around 2003, at least around here, anyway.
Yeah, I know, but my main point was suggesting that as a way to participate in Giving Tuesday is just bananas. Like...that guy behind you ain't scouring his wife's minivan for nickels to pay for his grande. And if he is....he's got way bigger problems.
