wasn't that a plot point in one of the Conjuring movies? Or similar? Yeah. You're probably just a ghost in another disconnected timeline trying to warn yourself of some other, evil ghost that your ghost self has discovered. He (your ghost) probably remembers your specific series of events that he too (in his past (hm. do ghosts still have genders??)) went through, but only now realizes how those actions are connected to the new evil ghost. So yeah. Whatever you WERE doing last night at 4:00AM would have otherwise triggered a cascade of events that could have had serious consequences for you and your household.

WHEW!!! Good thing your ghost self thought enough to stop that all from happening!!!

If I ever have kids, that's totally the story I'm telling them at a certain age. Just a modern twist on going blind.

First time I did squats after a long break I walked like an old man up the stairs the next day. And pretty much the day after that, too.
I love me some front squats.
I did squats, lunges, hip thrusts, and some pretty aggressive step-ups. It's my own damned fault, as I had been sort of neglecting leg day for a couple weeks. You play, you pay!
What'd you do? Squats? Sounds like squats.

I'm lucky in that the guys in my family are built like hockey players, so we'd have to be pretty massive in the arms to look top-heavy. Downside is it's pretty hard to get a real workout on the legs without a lot of weight, and the joints usually want to give way before the muscles.
Gruesome leg day Wednesday, so my legs are fried today.... Ooof!
Afternoon off, so I just think I will watch some movies and eat some snacks.
Re doctor bill: I’m not expecting a handout. I understand how the world works, and I gotta pay for things but not $160. That’s some severe over billing when the specialist I was seeing before for the same thing was charging me $50ish.
I’m sure we do, and guess what? We are both equally right in how we feel about it.

I'm glad we agree that went poorly, but I suspect we think that for very different reasons.
