How close is that to Muscle Shoals?
If you like Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, 112% chance you'll like the other Tina Fey comedies Great News (two seasons, just ended) and 30 Rock. Exact same style.
I was kinda bummed most of season one because it had that same good-not-great vibe as Brooklyn Nine-Nine, but the end of the season convinced me to keep going and it definitely took The Leap this past year.

I was surprised at how much I love The Good Place. Yes, that end of season 1 was great, and I thought season 2 would therefore be a letdown, but it's staying solid for me.

And I find myself giggling through every episode of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. The banter and the one-liners buried in there are gems, and I was bummed to find that season 4 seems to be only 6 episodes. I was ready to binge over the weekend and ran out of episodes!
Bojack's great, it's just not like the other shows they mentioned.

Arrested Development is a little wittier and less heartfelt than Office or Parks, but still really good. I'm guessing part of what you like about those shows is the sharply-drawn characters and large ensembles, so you'd probably like that, too.
I second Bojack
Californication
The Charlie Sheen era of Two And A Half Men
BoJack Horseman (It's just as much of a drama though)
Man Seeking Woman
Flight Of The Conchords
Metalocalypse
Come Fly With Me
Moral Orel
Inferno Cop
Mia & Klara

I really enjoyed The Detour. It’s Samantha Bee and Jason Jones post-Daily Show.
