Ha! I don't have anything against movies depicting rape if there's a reason behind it, so that's why I don't get offended by a movie like A Serbian Film, because I know it's not just there for the sake of it, it's supposed to be a dark reflection of the hold the Serbian government takes on people. But even before I knew that reading about the film, I still understood it was not supposed to be portrayed in a purely exploative light, and it definitely helped in making you despise Vukmir even more, since he is the very definition of people with twisted morals who can't see their actions for what they are due to believing in their own "just" cause.[/quote]
