But by law in the UK, if there was a murder or suicide in a property, the estate agent must tell you about it.
The law was changed in 2013 that all estate agents must disclose "Negative Property Qualities" which includes anything from murder and suicide, to something as small as a slightly squint paving slab or a creaky floorboard.
Everything and anything negative, must be documented and shown to any potential buyer/renter.

Wow. Did they at least Bury the body before putting the house on the market?
Is it true that real estate agents don't have to tell you if a house has a bit of a dark history unless you ask?

So, me and the fam are moving soon. Mom and I looked at a house... Mom told me to take a look at the backyard, so I did. Turns out it's the scene of a murder. A woman's shoe is on the ground, the plants are ripped to shreds and cut crime scene tape is shrouded across the back porch. So, I come back to the car and I says to Mom, "Hey, somethin' bad happened here. Real bad." She asks what happened, so I describe the state of the backyard and she's like, "Somebody got killed here and I don't want a house where that happened, so you might as well strike a big ol' X through that." So, yeah, that place is definitely out of the running.

Dang, the Eagles won? I couldn't watch it as i had to get some sleep, was the first one i've missed since whatever was before the last time the Patriots lost to the Giants.
I don't dislike the Patriots like everyone else but glad they didn't win simply because it gets dull when the one team wins all the time.
