She's a rapper now. Or something.

Awful.
Why do we let people like this become famous?

It’s even worse here in America. Used to be none of the Xmas stuff arrived until at least Thanksgiving, but that’s all changed now. By Xmas Day, personally I am sick of the whole thing.

Just looked it up - that’s an old one. No, I never saw it.
I've heard a lot of bad things about Amazon, but eventually I'll have to use it. Ebay has a lot of the stuff I'm looking for, but not all of it.
I've been a customer for many years and until the last year or so had been very happy with their service. I don't know what changed with them but dealing with them has become quite a hassle lately. I ended up bitching at three different customer service reps yesterday because they kept ending the chat due to it being "idle" too long even though I'd explained that I was at work and might not be able to reply immediately every time. So I went and bitched a fourth time on their Facebook page - which is loaded with posts of people complaining about the same problems.
generally speaking, i've have good service with Amazon Prime, too, though just today i got a notification that something i ordered was "Undeliverable" because it was damaged in transit. never got that one before. i guess now i gotta contact the seller about getting another one shipped out
Sorry to hear it. They should be better about bitching to their carriers then, or just sending out items immediately. Hope things improve for you. I wonder if I just live closer to a major distribution center or something. I do tend to have great service with all things Amazon.

Definitely bitch to their customer service and threaten leaving Prime. Be businesslike but stern. I've had great success bitching about the few things I've disliked with them over the years. Once they gave me back all I'd paid for the order and I didn't have to send back the thing that was damaged. Anyway, don't give up till you write to them and delineate everything. Use order numbers and specifics. Hope you have some better luck! We've had completely different experiences with them, it seems.
Oh trust me, I've bitched at them plenty. They've extended my membership, given me credits, refunded items, etc. (actually I ended up making money on the order from last month that was so ridiculously delayed). All of that is good and well but I'm still not actually consistently receiving the service I'm paying for. All their apologies and credits mean nothing if this keeps happening.
