You ever just wake up in a piss-foul mood for no good reason? I was pretty grumpy this morning. The good thing is that by the time I made it to the shower I (for some unknown reason) had Say You, Say Me in my head. That tickled me so it became my mission to download it on Spotify, listen to the song and learn the lyrics during my drive to work. I figured I'd break out into song walking through the office door to entertain myself. Instead, I get stuck behind a 3-axle delivery truck for 15 miles in the left (wrong) lane. Now I hate everything again and I'm posting here for attention instead of working.

I don't reckon spammers are worth that kind of effort. Their first 25 posts are easy enough to ignore since they'll get cleaned up by mods anyway so why pressure yourself into reporting them? That's especially true if knocking their number down just encourages them to keep making even more posts to reach 25 and start posting links. Yup, even if you don't fancy going through 15 or 20 posts and reporting ALL of them, just at least hit one of them... if everyone did that, they'd be banned within a minute or two.
Then that'd just leave the others who do like to go through all of the posts, for instance MV and myself, to take a leisurely scout through the site and delete the rest one by one.

I always report them when I see them. I find it frustrating that some people don't report them, actually. We have the ability to ban spammers without the presence of a mod, so I prefer to take advantage of that rather than wait it out.
