The expectations of online shipping were completely rewritten. I remember when buying stuff online took forever to ship. Now a lot of people expect 2 day shipping. It’s just not great from a sustainability point.[/quote]

I don’t disagree, but does it follow that Prime has ruined online shopping though? It depends on how people define that, and, as you’ve said yourself, there is a generation out there for who online shopping is exactly that: two clicks, get it tomorrow. It just evolves, like everything. I do a fair deal of online shopping (especially furniture now, not on Prime though, heh). Those chairs and garden coffee tables and whatnot still take months to arrive…[/quote]
