Here, we have an area fair come through with amusement rides and concessions. It's a place to show off local farm critters like prize-winner bulls and hogs. =\ But a lot of local vendors show up. Two of importance include the Corndog Man and ...huh. Scratch that. It's the same vendor that makes corndogs and funnel cakes! Basically it's a flour/egg/milk mix stuff. you then fill a funnel with it (or some kinda squirty plastic bottle) and drizzle the mix into hot oil. Once it browns, you pull it and shake powdered sugar over it. The technique, I'm sure, was perfected during colonial witch trials. Then again, no one expects the spanish inquisition, so its originals could go further back![/quote]
