By far the funniest name related problems I have these days are people thinking my name is Kendrick when I tell them Kendra.

It's like yes, my name is Kendra. I realize you heard Kendrick because you think the person before you doesn't look like a Kendra but I assure you I'm 100% Ken-dra.

People who have changed their whole name, like me, don't have the same ease. I remember when I had to jump through a million hoops to get my car loan financed in my new name.

No one would touch me because I had no credit record. Um, yeah I do. It ain't the greatest but I definitely have one.
