Insurance companies are sh*t.

The beginning of this month I had debris from a roofing truck fly out of the back and smash into my car. Damaging the headlight, the fender and hood. A guy behind me had dashcam footage of the whole thing. Saved my ass.....but did he?

I submitted the footage and I still had to pay my deductible. That's $1,000 of my money to get my car back. The lady processing my claim has called me Tracy....Kirk....my name is Matt. She claims she never received the video. I looked at my sent folder..IT'S RIGHT THERE!!!

I'm trying to get my money back right now. Not looking good.

Local agents are generally idiots passing their labor to the insurance company reps above them. They, so many times, don't provide the company all the information (even if they have it) because sometimes they just don't know what they have or don't know processing details to even realize it's their responsibility.
What a joke. They are resubmitting it for a third time. A THIRD TIME.

Name one thing this man did wrong.

Go ahead.
CRACKPOT CONSPIRACY:

I feel with all the newer models coming out nearly every year: developers make them fragile intentionally.

At first I presumed it to be folks just taking poor care of their devices. With that said, It's happened so many freakin' times to the point where it seems very plausible for it to be intentional. I dunno.
Thank goodness I have an older modeled Android

It's like the cadillac of phones. Dropped it so many times and yet not a scratch.
So I dropped my phone this morning and now I have a huge crack across the screen.
