Scrambled eggs and coffee with HWC = the perfect breakfast. As long as the eggs aren't overcooked.
Also, I think eggs are one of the most filling things you can eat. I love em, especially hard boiled.

Quinoa, asparagus, peanuts and less than a cup of granola/kashi. Eury-day.

The quinoa seems to be hearty enough that it hasn't grown old... yet.
