What sort of black magic is this? Every time I try to cut and paste an emoji it comes up as wingdings. Just like now when I quote your shout.
I think the older generations (mine anyways) were more inclined to be tied to property. Good or bad, we have more stuff to do or choose to do more stuff. It just doesn't lend itself to sun up to sun down working land.
I could never NOT live alone, even if it means living in the ghetto, small space, etc.
And I’m not asking for much: 800 sqft at most.
I just love living in a city that doesn’t pay most people enough to live on their own. Just about everyone I know is partnered up, living with renters/rentees, or still at home.

I loathe yard work. I refuse to do it. I’m a new species. We burst into flames when we’re outdoors.

I love having the rent vs. buy argument discussion with people.

I think their is value in taking care of a property, but it can get overwhelming at times. My sister and bil sold their house and got an apartment because they like to do stuff and the upkeep really eats up your free-time.

Money is Time.
Indeed. It’s not my house so I’ve opted to pay people to keep the yard presentable. The convenience cannot be overstated.
If you've seen this peanut bread thing, save yourself the trouble.

It's not bread and just seems like something else that somebody forgot to put sugar in.

Big peanut probably behind this
Anybody that uses faceplace, try this.

There was an old man in our neighborhood that used to mow the lawn in his underwear, long sleeve shirt, sun hat, and garden gloves.
