Does smoked salmon really keep in a box CR? Sounds like a great gift, but I would think it needs to be refrigerated 


Many people don't realize how delightful raw vegetables. - like green bell peppers - can be. Especially now, at the height of the growing season , fresh from the farmer 's market. ( Lucky CR, he gets to pick them right from his garden) Besides raw corn - a new discovery for me- I also like fresh  string beans, mushrooms and raw peanuts.
