The Shoutbox
We're very much alike then. I hardly ever go to the cinema nowadays because I don't want to watch anything playing. I saw "Ocean's 11", "LOTR", "Rat Race", "Monsters, Inc." and "Vanilla Sky" these holidays, summer holidays, but that's the most I've seen at one time. The rest of the year they screen crap, basically. I'd be suprised if we ever get "Amelie" "Lantana" or "The Man Who Wasn't There."
I heard of Waking Life a few months back, but living in the middle of nowhere makes it impossible for me to see the actual GOOD movies.
Yeah, well I only heard of 'Waking Life" for the first time yesterday. I so badly want to see it now that I've looked into it and how I'm going to see it I have no idea. It's the whole "Battleship Potemkin" experience all over again.
I've only heard about it, but won't get it around here. Does sound interesting though.
Anyone of you yanks seen Lantana yet? It opens today over there, I think, well at least Ebert gave it his review. 3 1/2. That's really good.
Okie dokie. The conversation started after you called yourself the Jerk? Okie dokie. Again.
The Jerk
What film's this? I missed the majority of the Shouts.
How far ya goin? To the end of this fence...sounds good. So what's your name? Well, we're here. OK, thanks for the lift.
You mean I'm gonna stay this color? (I think I'll name my son Navin.)
LOL....That movie has to be one of the best comedies out there.
