Are those listed as Prime shipping items? Not everything is eligible for Prime shipping. I've never had issues with Prime. It's the third-party sellers I typically have issues with, and Amazon can't do much about that. Love my Prime![/quote]

Yes, yes they are. And again, one of those items is even an Amazon branded product being shipped by their own courier service. There's nobody to blame BUT Amazon. I've had problem after problem after problem for about the last year and I'm not alone.[/quote]
