I found a 5 Funf Mark note in my old tin of currency.
Dated August 1914, a month after WWI started.

I also found some rare coins including a 1700s coin from Malta... and a 1983 "New Pence" 2p Coin which shouldn't exist

Always worth a look in the old tins

Yea, I really need to set aside a Saturday and just dig in...
I find it easier to sort into the country of origin ad then go through them one at a time with the internet open
Lavender can be good if you can get it fresh... carry a piece in your pocket and take it out if you feel a migraine coming on and sniff it like a junky
Also avoid nitrate rich foods like hotdogs and other processed sausage meats like pepperoni, salami etc.

Cut down on Soy, eggs, cheese and citrus fruit if you eat a lot of those.

Good reliefs come from lavender like those lavender oil burners, and foods like peppermint (real peppermint, not chud or breath mints)... and dishes with ginger.

You gotta flip them pre-60s pennies man.

Not me. My family is pretty well red-pilled at this point. Violent mobs will do that to some folks, especially those with kids.
