Definitely bitch to their customer service and threaten leaving Prime. Be businesslike but stern. I've had great success bitching about the few things I've disliked with them over the years. Once they gave me back all I'd paid for the order and I didn't have to send back the thing that was damaged. Anyway, don't give up till you write to them and delineate everything. Use order numbers and specifics. Hope you have some better luck! We've had completely different experiences with them, it seems.  :([/quote]

Oh trust me, I've bitched at them plenty. They've extended my membership, given me credits, refunded items, etc. (actually I ended up making money on the order from last month that was so ridiculously delayed). All of that is good and well but I'm still not actually consistently receiving the service I'm paying for. All their apologies and credits mean nothing if this keeps happening.[/quote]
