I think a lot of people still use "sitcom" to mean "single-camera sitcom with a laugh track and three-fourths of a living room." Technically, [i]30 Rock[/i] is a sitcom, though the term is a lot less likely to be used to describe shows like that. By the broader, technical definition I think there are lots of great sitcoms. But by the old throwback standards, yeah, not so much.[/quote]
