I've ordered stuff on Amazon as I usually do, although I did do another Pantry order yesterday. (Haven't done one for a while.) Every order I've placed over the past week started out saying it would be delivered April 26, including the Pantry items. (I have no idea what's so special about April 26.) :D

I've ordered everything from books to a webcam to clothing to toys.

And suddenly, in the past 24 to 36 hours, I'm getting update notices on a lot of those orders, moving things up much earlier ... some as early as later this week.

So my guess is that they're throwing out long target dates just to be on the safe side, but are now hitting their stride and are able to get even non-essential items out in a more timely fashion. Yay![/quote]

Contagion is really eerie to watch these days. They even use the term "social distancing." I watched it back in 2011 and it was a little creepy. NOW it is downright nerve-wracking. :D[/quote]
