My honest thoughts:

Genre is more glitch/trip hop - Register it under the correct genre so the right people find your stuff.

Instrumentation reminds me of stuff like Autechre and Boards of Canada. Definitely an audience out there for stuff like this.

Yank the vocal track and practice live, while focusing on locking in with the beat. The current rhythmic structure of the vocal sounds too disconnected. Kill the higher pitch effect you use at first. Try the entire track using the modulation you start using at 0:50, see how that sounds. But again, gotta lock the rapping in better with the music, as it floats around a bit too much in and out of the beat. I have seen recording session video of even the world's top rappers getting hammered on by their producers for this issue. It takes a lot of practice, and a lot of takes.

Track seems unfinished. Fire up some chord stabs but keep them minimal and not too bright sounding, as it seems like you are going for a minimal sound overall.

I hear potential in in the glitch genre. Soak yourself in the greats ( Autechre and Boards of Canada is a good start). For those artists, I recommend Amber or Tri Repetae for the former, and Music Has the Right to Children and Giogaddi for the latter.

Keep at it!
