Watching Danny Glover in The Dead Don’t Die, I’m hoping for that much movement on a new LW.

He was the co-star in the original 4 Lethal Weapon movies.

It’s never the coffee beans/grounds fault. The blame always lays with the brewer.

This is something that amazes me when an establishment gets wrong.

Krispy Kreme wanted to go after that high-end coffee money. People that stop in to spend $10 on the way to work. Hired a guy from the Green Mermaid. Made blends featuring beans from 3 different continents.

Voila. It’s bitter. That’s how you know we fancy, coffee’s bitter. The only compliment I will give that national donut shop, they have a good baseline cup.

I grew up on Shoney’s. The family never went so I have no real positive connections with Waffle House, and, in fact, most of my visits were with people I really don’t like. Like “coworker you wanna throttle every time they open their mouth” type. So I do appreciate their speed and accuracy. Never had a slow or bad meal, but it was always transactional.

“Get them eggs out quick! I still have another 3 hours in the car with this *******!”
There was a Shoney’s in Winston during the 80’s and 90’s and then it was gone. It was fine. You won’t hear me dragging that name through the gutter.

There’s just something to be said about going to a Waffle House and knowing it may get referenced in your obituary.
I never thought to check the furniture but I’m sure it’s been branded, too.
