Speaking of legs (cue the ZZ Top)

I'm getting a cage. Feels like I'm cheating myself doing legwork with dumbells.

Bowflex you're on notice.

Hacked!!! Seds is too much of a hardcore to skip leg day, in fact some say every day is leg day for him.

Second day is the worst for me. Upper body, am pretty much at the point where I don't get hit with DOMS anymore, but as I said, I had neglected lower body stuff for several weeks, so I am getting hit pretty hard today.

wasn't that a plot point in one of the Conjuring movies? Or similar? Yeah. You're probably just a ghost in another disconnected timeline trying to warn yourself of some other, evil ghost that your ghost self has discovered. He (your ghost) probably remembers your specific series of events that he too (in his past (hm. do ghosts still have genders??)) went through, but only now realizes how those actions are connected to the new evil ghost. So yeah. Whatever you WERE doing last night at 4:00AM would have otherwise triggered a cascade of events that could have had serious consequences for you and your household.

WHEW!!! Good thing your ghost self thought enough to stop that all from happening!!!

If I ever have kids, that's totally the story I'm telling them at a certain age. Just a modern twist on going blind.

I love me some front squats.

What'd you do? Squats? Sounds like squats.

I'm lucky in that the guys in my family are built like hockey players, so we'd have to be pretty massive in the arms to look top-heavy. Downside is it's pretty hard to get a real workout on the legs without a lot of weight, and the joints usually want to give way before the muscles.
