True, but considering some of the more obscure titles that did end up making the list I would've thought at least one of hers would've made it on there for reasons other than "sharing the same name as the movie where Juliette Binoche makes chocolate".

I watched Beau travail the other day and it made me remember how the only Claire Denis film to crack the "films directed by women" list did so entirely by accident.

My sister played the hell out of it. Then again, she was more receptive to my parents methodology.
Our house came with a baby grand piano that the previous owners couldn't take with them to their new house. Fortunately, both my husband and I kinda play piano, as do several of our grown kids. So, although I don't play it often enough and need to brush up on old skills, I'm glad we have it. Needs another tuning... but hubby likes to sit down and play Toccata and Fugue in D Minor from memory. Showoff!
